Overview
LoA sells digital subscriptions and software only; no physical goods are sold. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes.
Subscription Billing
LoA may offer premium or paid features. Purchases are processed via Stripe (web) or Google Play Billing (Android). Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges, and you retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
- Web: Cancel via your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.
- Mobile (Android): Cancel via Google Play subscription settings.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid, except where required by applicable law (such as consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction) or as provided by the applicable platform (Google Play refund policies).
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact us via our contact page with your account email and transaction details. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Billing Disputes
If you notice an unauthorized or incorrect charge, please contact us first via our contact page. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may contact your payment provider (Stripe or Google Play) in accordance with their dispute process. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of your account until resolved.
