Law of Attraction Glossary
Master the language of reality creation. Our glossary covers everything from foundational manifestation concepts to advanced techniques like Reality Transurfing and Quantum Mindsets.
Affirmations
Affirmations are short, positive statements written in the present tense that help reprogram your subconscious beliefs. When repeated with emotion, they align your self-concept with the reality you want to create.
Law of Attraction
The Law of Attraction is the belief that like attracts like—your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs shape the reality you experience. By aligning your inner state with what you want, you naturally draw corresponding circumstances into your life.
Manifestation meaning
At its core, manifestation is the practice of bringing something into your physical reality through focused attention, emotional alignment, and intentional action.
Reality Transurfing
Reality Transurfing is a powerful model for managing your life, developed by physicist Vadim Zeland. It suggests that reality is a 'variant space' where every possible outcome already exists, and your task is to choose the one you want to live.
Scripting manifestation
Scripting is a Law of Attraction journaling technique where you write about your desired life as if it is already your reality—in the present tense, with vivid detail and genuine emotion—to align your subconscious mind with the experience you want to attract.
The 369 Method
The 369 method is a manifestation technique where you write a specific affirmation 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times at night—for 33 or 45 consecutive days—to deeply imprint your intention into your subconscious mind.
Vision Board
A vision board is a visual collage of images, words, and affirmations that represent your desired life. It works by training your reticular activating system (RAS) to notice opportunities aligned with your goals.
